Wheeeeeeeee!

Lincoln and Rylie sled down the grassy retaining wall in our back yard

Golden Days

The Golden Days parade was July 21. Magnus was in town visiting and he took a golf break to come check out the festivities with us (he's the pant leg on the right).
Shiloh was happy about getting out of the house John was sick but gamely headed out with us anyway. This is his pose after I told him to "look sick".
Floozies... (John's favorite)
Lincoln waved a flag that one of the veterans groups passed out. We weren't early enough to get a spot right on the curb and he kept getting passed over for candy and other loot because he wasn't close enough. This nice lady in the front of the picture snagged a flag for him. Thanks nice lady!
After the parade we checked out the downtown street fair.
Lincoln, aka Batman, takes time to get his face painted.
Later we all headed over to Mimi and Donnie's house for King Crab fest where Shiloh quickly located something to gnaw on. Seems like no big deal in this picture, right?
Here's John showing you what she's actually chewing on. It's some toy of Tyler's--a rubber skull with a big transparent eyeball filled with maggots and other nastiness. Yum!
Shiloh's grabbing for the camera here. You can see her tooth if you look close!

Days of Summer--July 2007

Lincoln is concentrating on hopping on one foot Rock-n-roll star jr. Lincoln was so happy to find this guitar that had been missing for months. It has no volume control so it didn't take us long to remember why we 'accidentally' lost it in the first place!
Happy Shiloh is playing with her twinkle twinkle little star stacker...
It's so mean of me to post these crying pictures but they're so funny! Time for a nap I think.
Can you believe this boy is only 3 (almost)? With his new haircut Lincoln looks older and I keep getting glimpses of what he'll ook like in 10 or 12 years.
Here are Ethan and Caleb with Lincoln in the sandbox at the park
After playing all day in the dirt, it's bath time! Shiloh loves her baths so much--she's always crawling into the bathroom to check and see if there's water in the tub.
I don't know how she managed to fall asleep like this but I'm sure she was fighting sleep up until the very last second. :)
